What We Cover

At South Valley Flooring, we believe in doing it right the first time. However, if an issue arises due to our installation error, we will return to repair it at no cost to you for the lifetime of your floor ownership.

Covered Items:

• Gapping due to improper acclimation or installation.
• Squeaks caused by loose subfloor nailing (if we installed/repaired the subfloor).
• Transitions coming loose.
• Carpet wrinkles needing a re-stretch.
• Tile cracking due to improper mortar bed or lack of decoupling membrane (if specified).

What is Not Covered

Our warranty covers craftsmanship. It does not cover material failure or environmental damage, including:

• Water damage (floods, leaks, spills).
• Scratches and dents from lifestyle use (pets, furniture).
• Material defects (e.g., the finish peeling off a plank - this is a Manufacturer Warranty).
• Humidity issues (homeowners must maintain 35-55% humidity).
