Mobile Home Upgrades: Magna has several mobile home communities, and LVP is the perfect upgrade. It is lighter than tile (reducing stress on the chassis) but far more durable than sheet vinyl. It upgrades the look immediately and increases resale value.

Basement Flood Resilience: Basements flood. It happens. If you install carpet, it's often ruined. If you install SPC Vinyl, you can often pull it up, dry the subfloor, and put it back down (or just mop it up if the water was clean). It is 100% waterproof.
