Why "Per Square Foot" Can Be Misleading

Layout: A square room is easy. A room with 5 doorways, 2 closets, and a fireplace hearth requires significantly more cutting and time.

Subfloor Health: We can't install specific floors over uneven surfaces. Leveling is often the biggest variable in cost.
